Crystal Jones, CLSW 

Crystal Jones is a licensed psychotherapist who uses an array of theoretical approaches, to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths Based Therapy,  in treating those with mental health disorders and issues that impact areas of one’s life. Crystal Jones earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Winston-Salem State University and a Master of Social Work degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. She currently works with adolescents and adults who are faced with issues related to anxiety, depression, and anger management. 

Christopher Berry, LPC, LAC

Christopher L. Berry is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, National Certified Counselor, Pastoral Counselor, Ordained Minister, and a Certified Prepare-Enrich provider.  He is experienced with working with clients in outpatient settings with mental health, family, and marital issues.  Prior to counseling, he served over 20 years as an Army officer, serving the people of the United States and helping his Soldiers find purpose and meaning in their lives.  As a retired disabled veteran, he understands what it is like to hurt both physically & mentally, and what it is like to be in therapy.  While serving in the church, he has been able to utilize his gifts to help others through difficult times in their lives. 

Chris earned a Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Studies along with his Masters of Arts of Pastoral Counseling and a Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling, from the prestigious institution of Liberty University.  He believes in a holistic approach that focuses on the mind, body, and spirit to help revitalize and invigorate a person to a being of wholeness.  Life’s challenges can create a state of crisis where people lose a sense of self thereby creating internal conflict, leading to external issues.  Chris is trained in a variety of trauma-informed modalities that can be utilized for a client’s specialized needs. He specializes in treating trauma related issues, behavioral issues, adolescent, male/men’s issues, attachment issues, anxiety/depression, and family / marital issues.  He is certified as a Crisis and First Responder, Stress & Trauma Care with a Military application, Prepare-Enrich counselor and facilitator. 

 

Chris' philosophy is that hearts can be mended, relationships can be restored, and life can be lived as it was intended.  You will find his approach to therapy is down to earth and honest.  If that is something you long for, then he may be a perfect fit for you.  He currently works with children 7 and above, adults, couples, and families

I have counseled men and women for over 20 years.  My credentials include Master Professional Counselor (MAPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Addictions Counselor Level II (CACII) and Master Addiction Counselor (MAC).  I continue to study and train to be knowledgeable in areas relevant to the populations I serve.  I provide counseling to adolescents and adults who live with mental illness, are dual diagnosed or have substance use disorders.  My passion for counseling has developed through working with various populations.  I became more aware of the emotional and personal pain experienced and its ability to debilitate.  I am committed to learn more to aide in the healing process. Darius Jones, MA, LPC, LAc

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC Supervisor Candidate, and a Licensed Addictions Counselor that has experience working in inpatient and outpatient settings with mental health and addiction issues. I have more than twenty years of experience working in inpatient and outpatient care, as well as K-12 school and correctional institution settings. My primary focus has been working with patients with mental health and addiction struggle, I have experience in the fields of behavioral and mental health, drug and alcohol abuse services, and health care quality improvement. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
